In addition to our salon staff doing the best haircuts and fabulous hair colors, and the spa staff doing great facials, waxing, massage and electrolysis, every year we manage to find the time to do a fundraiser for one of the many great local non-profit organizations. This year we had so many great choices of groups, we chose two!
We have a beached themed raffle. The prize is a great surf rider, chair, umbrella, towel, and more, everything you need for a day at the beach! Tickets are $5 for one or $20 for 5 tickets and our drawing is July 1st. The beneficiaries are a local team of cancer survivors and their supporters. They are called the Central Coast Dragon Boat Association. The other organization is Paws for a Cause, K9s for veterans. This group takes dogs, some of which are rescue animals, and trains them to be assistant dogs for veterans in need who are given the dogs at no cost. Tickets are on sale now!
